Meet our Leadership Team...
Ruslan is the founder and CEO of Kavkaz Express, LLC and the embodiment of the American dream.
In 2014, Ruslan founded Kavkaz Express, LLC in Denver, Colorado with one office, one truck and one employee.
Over the next three years, Kavkaz Express grew exponentially across revenue, trucks, drivers, and repeat customers. In 2017, Ruslan opened his second office in Chicago.
As Kavkaz Express continued to grow, he continued to diversify into complimentary businesses including truck and trailer leasing and truck and trailer repair.
Under Ruslan’s steady leadership, marketplace expertise, and an uncanny ability to personally connect with drivers, Kavkaz Express, LLC has become one of the fastest-growing transportation companies in America. In addition to Chicago, New Jersey, and a terminal in Gary, IN, we employ more than 100 customer-focused colleagues.
Since arriving in the United States in 2011, Eddie has worked in almost every aspect of the trucking, transportation, and logistics industry. First as an owner/operator of his own trucks and then in series of senior operations and sales roles for larger trucking companies.
In 2017, Eddie joined Kavkaz Express heading up the Chicago office and established customer-focused dispatching and operation teams designed to take the hassle out of delivery goods.
Over the next four years, the Chicago office experienced tremendous growth across revenue, drivers, driver retention, and overall customer satisfaction.
In 2020, Eddie was promoted to his current role of Chief Operating Officer where his responsibilities have expanded to include finding technology solutions needed to help customers and drivers’ level up.
